Request for Proposal
The District is seeking Proposals from suitably qualified professionals to provide consulting Services to update the Design, Operations and Closure Plan (DOCP) for the District of Mission Landfill, prepare other documents required by Operational Certificate OC#105058, and provide Services as a standing landfill engineering consultant.
A mandatory Proponents’ information meeting (the “Site Visit”) will be held:

Address: 32000 Dewdney Trunk Road, Mission BC
The Site Visit will include: an overview of the project and RFP Requirements and an overview of the background documents and process. Proponents are encouraged to read this RFP and submit any questions relating to this RFP document to the District prior to the Site Visit.
Interested Proponents should pre-register for the Site Visit by sending an email to purchasing@mission.ca, with their name, corporate affiliation, contact information, no later than 4:00 pm, local time, on August 7, 2020. All visitors to the site will be required to follow guidelines for social distancing and face masks will be
required. Visitors who do not come equipped with a mask will not be allowed entry to the Site and the District will not provide masks to Proponents.
