Bidding Opportunities

The City of Mission has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of procurement opportunities and make submissions digitally.

The link below will direct you to the registration and login page. In order to participate in upcoming competitive bids you must register through this portal.

Registration is easy and free. Please be sure to select at least one, or more UNSPSC codes for your business or organization. The codes allow us to send you solicitations that are appropriate for your business.

New Portal Bidding Procedures

The City of Mission will be transitioning to a new procurement portal. Please register here to ensure you can view and participate in future competitive bid processes. will continue to operate in tandem with the new portal until open competitions have completed or have been transferred to the new portal.

Old Portal Bidding Procedures

All interested parties to the City’s current and legacy competitions are asked to create a user account by clicking on the link on the top menu bar of this page. Registered users will be able to download competitive bid documents to review.

All bid documents will provide instructions to bidders including: closing date and time, scope of work and City requirements.
