Request for Proposal
The City of Mission (the “City”) is seeking proposals from engineering consulting firms with relevant knowledge and experience to undertake a condition assessment of the sanitary forcemain that crosses under the Fraser River from the City of Mission to the City of Abbotsford. Upon completion of the condition assessment, the Consultant will investigate and recommend applicable cleansing options favourable to Mission and the JAMES Plant operated by the City of Abbotsford and produce an Operations and Maintenance Manual.
This work will constitute the “Project”, as is further described in Schedule A of this Request.
